Shipping + Returns

RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Any original packaging, including shoe boxes that are damaged upon return will be subject to a $5 CDN replacement fee. We cannot accept the return of worn or washed items. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at lockside.com.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. PLEASE NOTE, ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND INITIAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF YOU ARE RETURNING AN ITEM FROM THE UNITED STATES YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CUSTOMS CHARGES. 

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 EXCEPTIONS    
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  •     Custom Orders  
  •     Gift Cards  

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

  •        Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

  • Delays with Shipping

  • International Duties or Customs Charges

  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. Canada Post or the Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the package.

    Wrong Address Disclaimer:
    It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
