LOCKSIDE RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not, it may be return for full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS
Unopened items in original packaging returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange or store credit. Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. 

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Any original packaging that are damaged upon return will be subject to a $10 CDN replacement fee. We cannot accept the return of worn, washed, or used items.

To ship an item, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. PLEASE NOTE, ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND INITIAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF YOU ARE RETURNING AN ITEM FROM THE UNITED STATES, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CUSTOMS CHARGES.

Lockside Trading Company, is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays with Shipping
  • International Duties or Customs Charges
  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. Canada Post or the Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the package.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. 

 

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return, exchange, or credit. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We may notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are handled in the same manner as product returns. To exchange a product, simply bring it to any location within 30 days, in its original condition and packaging, with your receipt. See our Returns Policy for complete details, including exclusions and exceptions.

STORE CREDIT

Store Credit may be applied in some cases for refunds. This will be the decision of the customer service representative. To learn more about store credit please contact our customer service representative.

 

There are some exceptions to our Return Policy. These include:

  • Returns, exchanges or warranties on an item without a receipt may not be accepted.
  • A defective or damaged item is subject to the manufacturer's warranty and may be repaired or replaced.

Some products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • Gift Cards
  • Custom Orders
  • Products modified
  • Clearance or final sale merchandise
